TOKKO aims to ensure that every young person, regardless of their circumstance or background, has the opportunities and support to achieve their potential. This will enable all young people, regardless of their background of personal preferences to make valuable contributions to and find their place in our community.
We offer a range of high-quality programmes, providing a varied range of positive youth activities; ensuring young people have the skills and support they need to succeed.
Whether you are looking to make new friends, try something new or develop your experience to support future employment or personal development check out our current range of youth activities and get involved!
TOKKO accepts self-referrals from young people as well as referrals from parents and professionals such as GP’s, schools, health services, youth workers and social workers.
When completing your referral form please select the identified project and add as much detail as possible to enable us to fully understand the current situation and support needs.
Once you have submitted the referral form it will be sent to the lead member of staff who will add you to the project waiting list and get in touch to discuss the way forward and invite you into the centre. Should you wish to discuss your referral don’t be afraid to pick up the phone and chat to one of our friendly staff team – remember there is no such thing as a silly question.
All we ask is that you make sure the young person you refer to us is fully aware of and has consented to the referral as we don’t want to waste their time or that of our workers.
Our Inclusion Project is aimed specifically for vulnerable young people with a variety of SEN and/or disabilities. It is supported by friendly qualified staff and experienced volunteers to ensure young people are safe and have fun.
