The Freedom Programme is being delivered to young people and children who have or are experiencing domestic abuse. Referrals are made from professionals, parents/guardians, carers, and young people can also self-refer. TOKKO delivers 4 different strands of Freedom supporting both victims and working with perpetrators to recognise the impact of their behaviour – change.

The sessions explore the tactics and traits of a potential perpetrator of abusive relationships or DA (Domestic Abuse). They support victims through:
It is not just open to young women but also young men, as we recognise that abusive relationships affect all (this also can include same sex couples).
The Perpetrator strand (Freedom for Men) targets male perpetrators aged 16-24 with group sessions delivered over 2 days. This strands works to support identifying, recognising and challenging their behaviour. Please note there is a charge for the Freedom for Men strand please contact for further information.
