If you or someone you know is experiencing or witness to domestic abuse, Tokko’s Freedom Programme is here to help. We offer specialised support for young people aged 10yrs -25 yrs through two tailored strands: one for victims and one for perpetrators, ensuring a holistic approach to ending the cycle of abuse.
For victims, we provide:
Freedom for Children (10 yrs-13 yrs) 12-week programme.
Freedom for Young People (14 yrs-18 yrs): 12-week programme.
Freedom for Women (14 yrs-24 yrs): 10-12 week programme.
These sessions help young people understand the difference between healthy and unhealthy relationships, reduce the risk of further abuse or exploitation, and build confidence and self-esteem. By recognising harmful behaviours and developing self-worth, participants gain the tools to protect themselves in the future.
For perpetrators, we provide:
Harmful Behaviours for Males (ages 14 yrs-18 yrs, up to 24 yrs with SEND): Two sessions.
These two focused group sessions are specifically for young male perpetrators. They focus on recognising and challenging harmful behaviours. This programme encourages positive change and accountability.
The Freedom Programme is open to all genders, including those in same-sex relationships, as we believe everyone deserves to experience safe and healthy connections.
Together, we can break the cycle of abuse and build a brighter future.
